                                                           The last day

Graduation day slowly appears

Remembering these past 4 years

All the memories flood at once

Dreaming of all the future months

Underclass men dreaming of this day

All they can do is wait and prey

Time slowly fading away

In the future all these memories will be grey

One day we will remember

Never forgetting this long adventure

Purpose of Assignment (3-5 sentences):

  The purpose of this assignment was to make an acrostic poem. It was meant to challenge your creativity with words and how you will use them. It was meant to be a small assignment but a challenging one.

 

 

 

New things I learned from this assignment are (3-5 sentences): Some new things I learned from doing this assignment is how to organize a thousand words into a few sentences. While doing this assignment I had many thoughts about the 4 years I have been at brook and this assignment helped me make those many thoughts into a poem. Another thing I learned from this assignment is how to use the right words to make the poem have its own voice.
